GRAPES JAM

 

 

   It’s handmade with well ripe grapes, with no artificial additives, just following the old traditional recipe handed down by the peasant culture: lemon and apple seeds as additives and lemon juice as a preservative.
   It tastes delicious over pies, tarts and cakes, can be eaten for breakfast and it is very, very good with mature cheese, ricotta cheese and raveggiolo cheese.
